WHAT’S YOUR REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY?
If there’s something wrong with your order ( wrong product or, defective product.), pictures of defective or wrong product are required to determine if your product qualifies for a refund weather full or partial. Items approved for refund must be returned unused within 15 days of delivery. Buyer pays return shipping. and we’ll be happy to issue a refund or replacement after wrong or defective item has been returned and inspected. Items still in tranzit cannot be refunded. please refer to shipping and handling section for shipping questions.
